It is closed app only for Residents of Ocean Park Society. Tip has number of options for residents.
1. Help Desk: Resident can generate the service requirement through Help Desk. Residents can track the status of his/her request and it will be monitor by the concern authority to ensure the work done ASAP. Resident can submit the feedback for the service which will help the facility management team to improve the quality of work.
2. Notice: Now residents will not miss the important information of the society. Notices, Circulars will be displayed under the Notice option. No need to check Notice Board daily.
3. Events: Residents will get the ongoing and upcoming events details instantly. If any change happens in event schedule, residents will get instant notification.
3. Directory: This option helps residents to identify and contact to neighbours or co-residents of society. Residents can manage his/her privacy settings from Profile. This option helps to identify and get the emergency help in society.
4. Service Provider: Residents can get list of the different service providers of society with the contact numbers, Photo, details about its specialisation and feedback of other residents. This helps the residents to opt better service provider. If service provider is verified by the society, it will be highlighted as “Certified”. Resident can also give his/her feedback after the completion of the work; it will be helpful for other residents.
5. Discussion Board: It is a public platform for society members to discuss important issues of the society. Any member can initiate the discussion with agenda and other members can take participate.
